I’m chief engineer Vladimir Belyy & I’m working at sea in this rank approx 10 years. I’ve good sea service on difference type of vessels & experience of good operation & maintenance difference type of engines, mostly two-stroke engines. It’s was are MAN B&W, Mitsubishi models in different designs. Also, I’ve a good dry dock experience, minor & major overhaul of engine by crew & assistance to shore specialists. Typical work related to Main Engine includes are: cylinder head overhaul, piston & piston rings replacement, cylinder liner inspection & replacement If it’ required, staffing box & crosshead bearings replacement, crankshaft deflection & rolling out of bearings, overhaul of fuel injection equipment & etc. Usually have to work in multinational crew. Well-coordinated team work & good microclimate come first in the engine room. I case my strengths in my opinion are determination, excessive responsibility, diplomacy & good cooperation with other departments.
